If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange, store credit, or a product refund.
Items can be returned within 30 days after your purchase to the address on your invoice. Be sure to include a note with the shipment explaining the reason for the return, your name, and order number. If returning tea, please ship in a box (not padded envelope) to better protect the tea during shipping! You are responsible for costs incurred for return shipping. Thank you!
