1. What is the shelf life of my tea?
Your tea will last up to 2 years when opened and 10 years if left unopened. Of course, we hope you will order more before then!
2. How do you calculate shipping costs?
We do our best to get your product to you as quickly as we can without compromising on quality. Therefore, we only ship in boxes to keep your tea from being mishandled while in transit. Some of your orders may come in separate packages to reduce your overall cost of shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your package(s) all the way to your door!
3. Why is Peaceful Peppermint less expensive than your other tea varieties?
Some of our teas are lighter in weight than others, making them bulkier. Since we currently have a limited selection of package sizes, we are required to adjust the amount of tea we put in a bag.
4. What do you mean by natural flavor?
All of our teas are flavored using oils that do not contain synthetic solvents, carriers, or preservatives. Natural flavors are more subtle, giving a softer flavor.
5. What do you mean by “ethically endorsed” teas?
We make sure all of our tea comes from estates where workers are provided with housing, schooling, medical, and pharmacy facilities that are free-of-charge.
6. How do I know your site is secure?
Our server is protected with an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that has a 128-bit encrypted connection. You are also protected with a DDoS mitigation service.
