SUMMER SIPS: CLASSIC RASPBERRY ICED TEATo end our #RefuTeaSummerSips (don't cry, it's okay), we are going back to a classic. When you think of iced tea in the summer, maybe you think of southern sweet tea, or if you're from around here (Michigan), you think of McDonald's large iced tea (extra ice, please). But growing up, my aunt always had raspberry iced tea in the fridge. We'd arrive on a summer day- actually, any season, really- and she'd say, "There's raspberry tea in the fridge!" Ah, I can taste it now. But here's the thing, Aunt Judy didn't use Black Tea, White Tea, Mango, Rose Hip, Raspberry Pieces, and Rose Petals to make her classic raspberry iced tea. It came in packets. And although it was tasty, there's nothing like RefuTea's perfect blend to add that authentic touch, making it all-the-more delicious (and good for you). So to end with simplicity as all of life should, we are going to make this one pretty easy on you. It's different and better than just throwing ice in tea, but it isn't so complicated that you'll back away after taking a first glance at the recipe. Check it out below! Don't forget to tag us in a photo of you trying this recipe and include #RefuTeaSummerSips!

summer sips: peppermint no-jito
There's nothing more refreshing than a cold drink on a hot summer's day, but add fresh peppermint, juicy lime, and a lot of ice, and you're ready for whatever an August day throws your way.
This peppermint no-jito is a mocktail of sorts, a non-alcoholic beverage you can enjoy with the entire family, a treat at the end of a #TGIF kind of Friday. Enjoy it alone on the patio or at the park with friends. They'll want the recipe, we're sure! Since RefuTea is a business with a social purpose, you can be sure that your taste buds aren't the only thing you're treating well. When you buy our tea, 10% of the profit goes toward resettling refugees in West Michigan. If you want to learn more about that, check it out here. By the way, this is the second-to-last recipe you'll receive this summer. Do you have a favorite so far? Let us know by taking a photo, tagging us, and using the #RefuTeaSummerSips hashtag! We look forward to seeing your creations. Check it out below!
