Is there any better drink than wassail? Wassail is traditionally “a spiced ale or mulled wine drunk during celebrations for Twelfth Night and Christmas Eve.” However, it is also frequently made without alcohol. We modified this recipe from Food.com, but there a million options with wassail! Try different RefuTea options and tell us your favorite wassail and tea combinations! Ingredients: 2 1⁄2 cups water 6 teaspoons of Cranberry Cheer 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg 3⁄4 cup sugar 2 cups cranberry juice 1 1⁄2 cups water 1⁄2 cup orange juice 1⁄3 cup lemon juice Boil water and steep the tea and spices for 5 minutes. Strain through coffee filter or cheesecloth to remove spices. Return to pot and add remaining ingredients. Heat until steaming. Delicious both hot and cold! Makes 8 cups total 10 servings
